Um…tricep and bicep curls. Push up’s, dips, squats, lunges, calf lifts, inner thigh lifts, ‘the clock’, sit ups, sit up pulses, side sit ups etc. All in reps until I literally cannot move anymore. I do my arm exercises with weights as well x.
